Working Principle of Butterfly Valve Hydraulic Drive 1. Manual Operation When the hydraulic system suddenly fails and cannot operate, the valve butterfly plate stops at any position. At this time, the manual device is shaken so that the guide block at the front end of the manual shaft collides with the guide block at the end of the driving shaft, i.e. the tooth groove on the manual shaft corresponds to the tooth groove of the transmission spline. Then, the dial * is moved to the left by the dial * drive device, the transmission spline is connected with the manual shaft by the gear sleeve (the dial * drive device is provided with a limit for preventing the gear sleeve from jumping), and the crank is disengaged, i.e. the hydraulic cylinder is disengaged. At this time, turn the manual device again, and use the manual device to realize butterfly plate movement. 2. Hydraulic operation When the hydraulic system returns to normal operation, the drive device needs to be turned back from manual to hydraulic operation. First, adjust the hydraulic cylinder to the initial state (i.e. 0 position) or any position. Then the opening of the butterfly plate is adjusted to the position corresponding to the stroke of the oil cylinder by a manual device (the position of the butterfly plate and the oil cylinder is judged by observing whether the mark on the tooth sleeve corresponds to the mark on the crank). Then the gear sleeve is shifted by the shifting drive device to mesh with the spline on the crank. Then fix the dial * to prevent jumping. At this time, start the hydraulic system to resume hydraulic operation.
